Two County Wexford musicians, R&B artist Bobby Sludds and Conor Moore from Irish language band Seo Linn, are in with a chance of playing at Ireland's biggest music festival, Electric Picnic, after being longlisted as part of RTÉ 2fm's Play the Picnic with Oxfam competition with their respective tracks 'Starlight' and 'D'Aon Ghuth Amháin' ('Of One Voice').

Sludds, from Castlebridge, and Moore, from Gorey, were chosen along with 28 other artists and bands from hundreds of entries nationwide in the Play the Picnic competition. They are now calling on the people of Wexford to vote for them between now and Friday July 24 in a bid to make the shortlist of ten in the final stage of the competition. Those shortlisted will win a live set on Oxfam Ireland's Oxjam tent at the Electric Picnic from September 4 to 6. To vote for any of the acts visit http://www.rte.ie/2fm/ or www.oxfamireland.org/playthepicnic before Friday, July 24.
