twenty-five members of the Our Lady's Mustard Seeds Youth Group in Wexford will travel to Bosnia for the International Youth Prayer Festival on July 29.

The spiritual festival invites young people from all over the world to join together to discuss life, peace and religion. Members of the Wexford youth group, who are aged between 16 and 30, will spend one week in Medjugorje, where they will partake in communal prayer and activities. They will also bring recording equipment so that they can conduct interviews with others in attendance.

Our Lady's Mustard Sees Youth Group, which is run by Anne-Marie Murphy, raised funding for the trip by holding a raffle in the Franciscan Friary on June 13. According to Anne-Marie, the raffle was 'very successful' with almost two-thousand tickets sold.

'I'd like to thank everyone who bought tickets and offered us support,' said Anne-Marie. 'We couldn't have done it without them.'
