twenty-nine children retold the story of Christmas at the annual Clonard Brigins Nativity and Carol Service in Clonard Community Centre.

Parents, grandparents and members of the community gathered to enjoy the performance which was followed by some delightful carols.

This is the fourth year of the special service in the centre.

Along with bringing the community together, the aim of the event is to raise money for the Wexford Oncology Unit. Over the years, the Brigins have raised several hundred euro for the cause.

This cause was chosen by the Brigins as cancer is an illness that has touched almost everyone in one way or another.
