Buy my Dress

Find that perfect dress for a special occasion for as little as €10, as the Buy My Dress event returns to Co Wexford on Sunday, October 4, in The Ashdown Park Hotel, Gorey, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Centre will see hundreds of dresses on sale for bargain prices. A call has gone out to local women to delve into their wardrobes and donate a dress to the campaign which is supported by Kellogg's Special K.  Susan Longmore from Gorey is leading the local efforts with the support of a dedicated team. Drop off points for dress collection include Weight Watchers meetings and the Zip Yard Alteration stores. Visit www.downsyndromecentre.ie for more.
