Children's obstacle course at Pettitt's

CHILDREN aged between seven and 12 are being invited to unleash their inner explorer by attempting the 'Mini Mudder' Obstacle Course at Pettitts SuperValu in St Aidan's, Wexford on Saturday, May 21.

Fruit Shoot is encouraging families and children, over 3' 6" inches in height to take part in the Mini Mudder free obstacle course, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The obstacle course consists of a range of fun mini obstacles including a wire maze, a balance beam and a pyramid puzzle to name a few and will give participants a taste of what's on offer at the mile-long course at the Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder event due to take place in Loughcrew Adventure Centre in Meath on July 9 and 10.

Song project in Kilmuckridge 

5 LOCAL SONG PROJECT: Traditional singer Aileen Lambert will facilitate a new project focusing on exploring local songs and unaccompanied traditional singing in Kilmuckridge. Starting this Wednesday, September 13 from 7.30 p.m. in Bridie Hammel's Pub this project will take place over the course of a number of weeks.
