7 DECLAN SINNOTT IN CONCERT. ON Saturday, September 26 world renowned Irish guitarist, producer, songwriter and folk legend Declan Sinnott will perform an intimate concert at Wexford Arts Centre. Wexford native Declan will be accompanied by the talented Vicky Keating. He will be promoting his second album 'Window on the World'. With a career spanning over 40 years Declan has played guitar and produced music for Irish folk luminaries such as Christy Moore, Mary Black, Sinead Lohan and John Spillane. He was a founding member of Horslips and Moving Hearts which remain two of the most influential trad/electric bands in Ireland. He also spent 13 years guiding Mary Black's career. The concert starts at 8.30 p.m.

A night of cookery and comedy 

7 COMEDY AND COOKERY. Monaseed National School parents' association will host a fun evening of comedy and cooking in the Amber Springs Hotel on Wednesday night, February 8. On the night three local chefs, Eric Poole, Veronica Redmond and Ben Anderson, will take part in a cook off ably assisted by some local celebrities.
