Lecture on Wexford's magical islands

Wexford Public Library Services are hosting a lecture in Wexford town library about the Saltee Islands by naturalist Jim Hurley on Thursday, January 28, at 7 p.m. Jim will bring those attending on a virtual tour of these magical islands highlighting their history, geography, geology, flora, fauna, human habitation and conservation status.

His presentation is guaranteed to raise both awareness and appreciation of these jewels in County Wexford's rich natural heritage. Admission is free and all are welcome. Booking is essential as places are limited. To book call (053) 9196760 during library opening hours.
