Louise on the cutting edge of fundraising

Loreto schoolgirl Louise Wilde found herself at the cutting edge of fund raising when she had 14 inches cut from her hair to raise funds for Console.

Louise, from Killurin, raised a whopping €900 thanks to some very generous sponsors.

'It was quite something for a teenage girl to do,' said proud mum Deirdre of her 15-year-old's fund raiser, organised through the Rapunzel Foundation.

Kilmuckridge Drama Festival
