Mattto launch fun run for Autism Awareness Day

Wexford people are invited to get on their feet this April for a fun run in aid of Autism Awareness Day.

The grounds of Johnstown Castle will be awash with blue on April 2 as walkers and runners alike get moving wearing the Cottage Autism Network signature blue t-shirts and noses. As organisers of the event, CAN have roped in their patron Matthew O'Hanlon to launch it. It will kick off at 9.30 a.m.

A night of cookery and comedy 

7 COMEDY AND COOKERY. Monaseed National School parents' association will host a fun evening of comedy and cooking in the Amber Springs Hotel on Wednesday night, February 8. On the night three local chefs, Eric Poole, Veronica Redmond and Ben Anderson, will take part in a cook off ably assisted by some local celebrities.
