Talented musical duo to play in St Iberius Church

Two top-class musicians will play a lunch-time concert in St. Iberius Church this Wednesday, July 30.
Violinist Greg Harrington and pianist Conor Linehan are performing as part of the Music for Wexford summer programme.
New York- based Gregory Harrington has toured the world as a soloist, performing in Carnegie Hall, New York , the Royal Festival Hall in London and the National Performing Arts Centre in Beijing.
He has collaborated with Grammy award winning artists such as the Emerson String Quartet, the legendary Irish fiddler Martin Hayes and the jazz bassist John Patitucci.
Conor Linehan has an honours degree in Music and English from Trinity College, Dublin and continued his studies in London with Peter Feuchtwanger.
He has performed regularly with the RTE Concert and Symphony Orchestras.
In addition to his playing career, he has composed extensively for theatre companies such as the Abbey, the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre.
The concert will start at 1.05 p.m.
