Babs Keating not impressed

Former Tipoperary hurler and manager Babs Keating speaking about Wexford hurling has told of the apathy making his tea curdle.
In his championship column in The Irish Sun, Babs spoke of finding himself in the Model county as Liam Dunne's men faced Dublin at Croke Park.
'I decided to watch the game in a local establishment while having my tea.
'When I went in the golf was on but I was pretty certain they would switch over to the hurling. Instead they went from the Irish Open to the Connacht rugby match.
'I've never seen such a lack of interest in the exploits of the Senior hurlers as there seems to be right now.
'Liam Dunne got himself into a spot of bother earlier in the season by going on holiday. Well I'm sure if he could go away on holiday tomorrow, he'd be gone - and wouldn't be rushing back to manage Wexford again.
'It's difficult to see how they will bounce back in the qualifiers but it doesn't really seem that anybody cares in the county anyway. And that is really disappointing as Wexford has produced some fantastic hurlers down through the years,' he wrote.
