Hurling stars Conor McDonald and Matthew O'Hanlon are coming to Innovate Wexford Park on August 29 for Centra's community hurling event.

The company is celebrating its sixth year as sponsor of the All-Ireland Senior championship, and throughout the summer they are bringing together hurling's 'Champions of Healthy Living' through 13 community hurling events taking place all over the country.

The events, which have returned for a fourth year, will see some of the country's finest inter-county hurling stars travel the length and breadth of Ireland to give heathy eating and training tips to the next generation of hurling stars.

The latest gathering is in Innovate Wexford Park on Saturday from 10 a.m., with Conor McDonald and Matthew O'Hanlon on hand to give budding hurlers from local clubs the chance to learn from the best and develop their game.

There will be special hurling skills session for the children, lots of family entertainment including face-painting, a hurling simulator, a delicious barbeque and music. Both the young and old will also receive healthy eating tips to ensure they can eat like a champion!

This family fun event is supported by the following participating Centra stores: Kiely's Killinick, Kenna's Whitemills, Flood's Ramsgrange, Hammel's Kilmuckridge, Sinnott's Irishtown, Caulfield's Campile, O'Callaghan's Enniscorthy, Rosslare, Goff's Bridgetown, Power's Castlebridge and Ballinaboola.
