Kilross Gaels will face Bann Gaels in the final of the Gorey Guardian Juvenile football Roinn 2 shield on Wednesday week after both sides went goal crazy in their respective semi-finals. The Kilmore/St. Mary's outfit defeated St. John's Gaels by 8-9 to 1-5 while the Bann boys eased past St. Joseph's by 9-9 to 2-6.

It wasn't all good news for Kilross as they succumbed to District rivals Our Lady's Island/St. Fintan's in the Enniscorthy Guardian Juvenile hurling Roinn 2 shield semi-final in Tagoat on Sunday.

The victors will meet Monageer-Boolavogue in the final at a time and date to be determined.

The Wexford People Minor hurling Premier championship final, which pits St. Martin's against Glynn-Barntown, will finally take place this coming Saturday in Innovate Wexford Park at 1.30 p.m. It will be preceded by the meeting of Fethard and HWH-Bunclody in the Wexford People Minor Roinn 1 football decider, with the throw-in at 11.30 a.m.

There is also a Minor double-header taking place in St. Patrick's Park on Saturday, with Ferns St. Aidan's meeting Crossabeg-Ballymurn in the Roinn 1 hurling shield final at 11 a.m., and that is followed by Ballyhogue and Na Fianna in the Roinn 2 shield decider at 12.30 p.m.

The Roinn 2 semi-finals were only played yesterday (Monday) and the final is also down for decision this weekend at a time and venue to be arranged.

Subject to the result of those semis, the Roinn 2 football shield final may also take place this weekend. The Roinn 1 shield between Shamrocks and Duffry Rovers could also be played.

Finally, the long-awaited Wexford People Minor football Premier championship final between Abban O'Rahilly's and St. Martin's is now set for the weekend of November 7-8 and will be played at Innovate Wexford Park with the time to be confirmed.
