Wexford G.A.A. Chairman, Diarmuid Devereux, will be returned unopposed for a fifth and final year at the helm of affairs in the county tonight (Tuesday).

Interestingly, it's expected that there will be no contests for officer positions, with voting only needed for Leinster Convention and All-Ireland Congress delegates.

While there are three nominations for the vacant Development Officer post, following the decision of Ger Carthy not to seek re-election, it's now expected that Ballyhogue clubman, Cathal Byrne, will be elected unopposed, with both Derek Kent and David Tobin now unlikely to allow their names go forward.

The nominations are as follows -

Chairman: Diarmuid Devereux.

Vice-Chairman: Noel O'Keeffe.

Treasurer: Andrew Nolan.

Assistant Secretary: Mary Foley.

P.R.O.: Rory Murphy.

Development Officer: Cathal Byrne, Derek Kent, David Tobin.

Oifigeach Gaeilge agus Cultúr: Breda Jacob.

Coaching Officer: P.J. O'Farrell.

Central Council rep.: Tony Dempsey.

Leinster Council reps. (two): Derek Kent, Dermot Howlin.

Leinster Convention (five): Margaret Doyle, Ger Doyle, Breda Jacob, Denis Nolan, Joe O'Shaughnessy, Noel O'Keeffe.

All-Ireland Congress (three, excluding County Chairman and County Secretary): Bobby Goff, Dermot Howlin, Breda Jacob, Derek Kent, Denis Nolan, Joe O'Shaughnessy, Noel O'Keeffe.
