SHELMALIERS

All roads lead to Freddie’s Bar in Screen on Friday, January 13, where a sports quiz starts at 9 p.m. as part of the Prickly Rose of Shelmalier competition.

The quizmaster will be the comical and entertaining Liam Spratt who will not only ask the questions but will no doubt have a few comments of his own to add to the night’s entertainment.

The questions will be set by Gerry Forde and, given the great enjoyment of the previous Rose of Shelmalier events, this quiz promises to continue the theme of these great social occasions.

Get your team of four people costing €40 together in readiness for the quiz on Friday night.
