Showjumping stars are celebrated
WEXFORD SJI held the annual awards night in the Clogh Ban, Clonroche on Friday November 4. A great night was had by all - 15 award winners were presented with their awards by members of the committee on the night bringing an end to the year of 2011. The awards were won for being the most consistent in their category.
Members of the committee were in attendance on the night and family and friends of the award winners. Light refreshments were served on the night and music was played to entertain everyone in attendance.
Wexford SJI Chairman Mr. Michael Doyle was M.C. for the occasion and he thanked all the committees of the gymkhanas within the area who organised to run a show this year which has, in general, been a successful year.
Thanks were also offered to everyone who supported the shows this year by competing, also to all the helpers and everyone who helped in anyway to keep our very long serving Gymkhana running within the county Wexford area.
