THE COUNTY Wexford Sporting clay target championship for the Ted Nolan Cup will take place this coming Sunday, August 11, at Stephenstown, Killinick, Co. Wexford.
The one hundred target event is set over ten stands of varying difficulty in a totally new venue. The organisers have stated that this is not a course designed soley for the elite shooter but rather one that will entertain all levels of ability. The course is set in a very natural landscape with the targets simulating the various flight patterns of game, fowl and rabbit.
All insured and legally licenced shooters are very welcome to enjoy what promises to be an enjoyable day's sport.
First entries are at 12 noon with the last entry at 4 p.m.
Please note that in accordance with Garda requirements no cartridges will be available for sale at the shoot.
Clay Target Sports Wexford wish to thank Philip and Paula Stafford for the generous use of their property and many thanks also for the kind support and assistance of the local residents.
