This covers accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights and dinner on Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, with residents leaving the venue on Sunday evening. The cost for a non-resident is ¤25.
Areas should take note that there will be no refund for cancellations, so do make sure that your competitors and parents know this beforehand, as it could become costly on an Area if they have some people pulling out.
National Community Games are also requesting that each county provide a national security officer, car parking official, steward and a gate collector, so if there is someone from your Area interested, please contact the County Secretary as soon as possible.
