Bridge Rovers tops in thrilling tie

Bridge Rovers B progressed to the semi-final of the Gwyn Jones Cup after coming out on top in a seven-goal thriller against Orrill United.

The Castlebridge side prevailed 4-3 after extra-time, with Jody Hynes, M.J. Reck, Jack Murphy and Marc Walsh getting the goals for the winners.

Wexford Albion came through their quarter-final derby against Wexford Bohs, winning 2-0 with goals from Kyle Mahon and Pierce Dooley. Bree United B also made it through the last four by beating St. Joseph's B 3-2.
