Doyle delivers for Taghmon

Division 1 - Brian Doyle certainly had his shooting boots on as he fired Taghmon United to a 4-1 win over Shelburne in their Division 1 match on Sunday. Doyle helped himself to a hat-trick, while Brandon Cullen grabbed their other goal.

Division 4 - Gorey Celtic picked up a valuable three points when they chalked up a 3-1 victory against Moyne Rangers.

Ger Carey, Gracjan Dettlaff and Richie Donohue got the goals for the north county men.

Division 4A

St. Leonards boosted their title hopes with a hard-fought 2-1 over Enniscorthy Town on Sunday.

Nicky Ryan and Michael Ryan got the goals for the winners.

Corach Ramblers could well have a say in the destination of the silverware and they collected three points thanks to a 2-0 win over Orrill United, with Mark Sinnott netting both goals.

Cloughbawn came out on top in their basement battle with Ferns United, winning 5-2 with goals from Stephen Kennedy, Seamus Mahon, Johnny Cullen and Willie Murphy (two).

Division 5

Only one game was played in Division 5 on Sunday and it was pretty uninspiring fare as Camolin and Killenagh had to settle for a point apiece after a 0-0 stalemate.
