Four goals for Murphy as Ballymurn sink Shelburne

Glen Murphy scored four goals as Ballymurn overwhelmed Shelburne 'B' 5-1 to book their place in the second round of the Billy Browne Cup.

Paul Dempsey got the other goal for the winners, while Brian Minogue replied for Shelburne.

Rosslare Port are also safely through after a 2-1 away win against Bunclody 'B'. Mark Flood and Keith Denton got the goals for the seasiders.

Ferns United 'B' edged out Raheen 3-2, with Andrew O'Brien, Jason Collier and Ciarán Kehoe getting on the scoresheet.

Ian Storey slotted home the winner for Ballagh as they overcame Castledockrell 2-1, with Noel Dempsey getting their earlier goal.
