Friday night football returns to Ferrycarrig Park when Wexford Youths play host to 2012 League of Ireland Champions Sligo Rovers.

Dave Robertson's side have recovered very well from an early season wobble, currently sitting ten points clear of Wexford in 7th place.

However Wexford's confidence has also been boosted lately by a strong win away to Finn Harps last Friday, as well as the impending return of key player Aidan "Roxy" Keenan.

Ahead of the match, Shane Keegan was cautious of the visit of Sligo:

'We were taken to pieces the last time we played Sligo and we learned some hard lessons. They'd got some real quality but I think we'll be better organised to deal with them this time around.

'The win in Donegal was a big one for us and we were unlucky not to take something out of the Pats game so we seem to be coming back into a bit of form and we're looking forward to the game.'

TEAM NEWS:  The Youths will still be without Danny Ledwith, Eric Molloy and Conor Whittle due to injury while Paul Murphy returns to the squad from a two match suspension.

Sligo Rovers new signing from Long Island, USA Pat McCann could feature for the visitors.

Kick off in Ferrycarrig Park is set for 8pm.
