Wexford Youths welcome UCD to Ferrycarrig Park on Friday evening in a re-arranged league fixture postponed due to UCD's European exerts.

The next fortnight will be a massive in the final destination of the First Division title with manager Shane Keegan remaining bullish about his own teams chances.

'Whatever the scenario at the moment, the lads are coming up with the solutions on the pitch. Naturally that breeds confidence. Not cockiness, but massive self belief. Add that to the amazing support that we've got from our fans at the minute and I'll tell you one thing, I wouldn't like to be an away team coming to Ferrycarrig right now.'

The self awareness in the squad is rife and captain Graham Doyle echoes his managers sentiments and believes the club deserves to be where it is.

'Maybe it'll be by the playoffs but what's the point in aiming for second or third at this stage? Don't take this as over-confidence, it's more a realisation that we are here because we deserve to be so we might as well try and win it!'

Wexford Youths will be without the suspended Craig Wall but with no new injury concerns, Youths have a fully fit squad to choose from ahead of the visit of Collie O'Neill's men.

The BEAT FM Beat Fleet will be attending the game and RTE's Soccer Republic are recording the game for Monday night's programme.

There is a free supporters bus available to fans, courtesy of Wexford Bus, which will pick up in Redmond Square in Wexford Town at 7.30pm ahead of an 8pm kick off in Ferrycarrig Park.
