Moyne close the gap

Moyne Rangers closed the gap on leaders North End United by winning by the odd goal in five in Crossabeg on Sunday.

Division 2

Joshua O'Byrne bagged a double for the Enniscorthy outfit, while Tomás Mahon added their other goal and David Berney scored both goals for Crossabeg.

Brandon Sinnott got the goal for pacesetters North End in their 1-1 draw with Stoney Rovers, while Ajax and Shelburne also played out a 1-1 stalemate.

A second-half goal from Adam Roche was enough for Wexford Celtic to collect the three points away to Shamrock Rovers.
