North End United claimed yet another trophy for their bulging cabinet on Saturday afternoon last as their Under-16s completed the double with a win the Wexford and District Schoolboys Soccer Cup final in Ramstown.

North End United 5 Bunclody 2

The Hollygrove side have won everything they could possibly win in Wexford, up through the age-groups, losing only once along the way, back in the 2012/13 season. However, Bunclody didn't let them have it all their own way.

Todd Hynes put United ahead with a 3 minutes free-kick only for John McCormack to equalise with a drive from the edge of the box. Dylan O'Brien headed North End back in front in the 20 minute but his side were denied a clear penalty when Ayman Yousif was pole-axed in the box shortly after.

Jack White's header sent North End in at half-time 3-1 ahead but Kevin Kenny responded with a cracking goal eleven minutes after the restart. Again United responded when Jamie Dempsey Doyle slid home a fourth and O'Brien put a seal on victory from the spot after Ciaran Carthy was fouled.
