O'Connor bags hat-trick in Crossabeg win

Mark O'Connor bagged a hat-trick for Crossabeg as they started the campaign with a 6-1 win over Gorey Rangers. Barry Coughlan, Mark Crosbie and Ronan Devereux also got on the scoresheet as they began the season in style.

Moyne Rangers also had their shooting boots on, winning 5-0 at home to Wexford Celtic, with Timmy Dwyer, Seán Cloherty, Mark Kirwan, Andrew Sherlock and Richie Farrell getting the goals.

Ashley Haughton and Danny Fitzpatrick got on the scoresheet for North End United as they won 2-0 away to Fastnet Rovers.

A Shane Bradley strike and an own goal saw Adamstown edge out Stoney Rovers 2-1, with Paul Curtis replying for Stoney.
