Gorey Rangers Youths captain Adam Dunbar received the plaque for winning the Premier Division from Michael Larkin of the Wexford League recently.

They made history in the club by being the first team to ever win the Youths division, sealing it with a 0-0 draw with Wexford Youths.

This triumph was one of two in two weeks, with the men's second team winning the Division 2A title against Moyne Rangers in a play-off which saw Eric Quinn score a penalty before grabbing the winner in extra-time for good measure.

With six of the Youths players in the men's second starting team, it is not a surprise that this winning mentality has continued and the club is reaping the rewards of utilising young legs with wise heads in our second team.

Gorey Rangers are looking forward to next season already and want to thank all management, players and supporters for their outstanding efforts which yielded the rewards.
