The Schoolboys Inter-League kicks off this weekend with two exciting ties scheduled for the superbly-drained Curracloe on Saturday.

The Under-16s, managed by P.J. Murphy, begin their campaign with a home tie against Wicklow. That kicks off at 11.30 a.m.

There are four other games for the side in the new year with the Slaneysiders hosting Dublin & District and Kildare while visiting North Dublin and Kilkenny.

Then it's the turn of the Under-15 side. They are managed by Ken Kennedy and start their assault on the competition against the Dublin and District Schoolboys League at 12.45 p.m.

They then host North Dublin in February before finishing the round robin stage away to Kilkenny in April.

Meanwhile, the draw for the last 32 of the Skechers S.F.A.I. Cup was made in the Red Cow during the week.

The only Wexford representative left in the Under-12 competition, Wexford Albion, got a tricky but glamorous home tie against Dublin aristocrats Crumlin United.

There are three teams left in the Under-14 competition and all of them got the advantage of a home draw in the next round.

Forth Celtic will welcome Limerick club Pike Rovers to Murrintown while Gorey Rangers host Corinthian Boys from Cork.

The rivals for North End United are not yet know, with Newbridge and Booth Road Celtic still to meet.

Those ties will be played in the new year with the full fixtures details to be announced.
