Wexford Youths were taught a painful lesson by the students as they went down 5-0 to UCD in the SSE Airtricity Under-19 League in the A.U.L. Complex on Saturday.

The league leaders bossed proceedings from the start and there was only five minutes on the clock when Josh Collins opened the scoring.
The hosts, who have won seven and lost only one of their eight games to date, doubled their advantage in the 37th minute when Andy Brennan found the net, and they continued to illustrate their superiority after the interval.
Cian Ryan was the next player to punish the Youths rearguard when he made it 3-0 on 56 minutes as UCD rubbed further salt in the wounds.
It got even worse for the visitors before the final whistle as Ryan Hannon added to the tally on 81 minutes, with Rob Manley making it 5-0 two minutes later to round of a comprehensive victory.
Wexford Youths have next weekend off before they welcome third-placed Limerick F.C. to Ferrycarrig Park on Sunday, October 25.
They will be hoping to secure a win to lift themselves off the foot of the table in that encounter, but it won't be easy.
