Wexford Youths travel up the N11 to face UCD in the UCD Bowl on Friday evening in a second versus third clash in the SSE First Division.

Youths maybe the team that's drawing all attention form wise in the First Division but Friday's opponents UCD have put together an impressive run of form, unbeaten in the last six games, with a 1-0 win in Ferrycarrig Park the only defeat Collie O'Neill's men have tasted recently. Youths manager Shane Keegan, is full of admiration for tonight's opponents

'UCD are the best team we've played in the league so far this season, technically, they're a cut above everyone else in the division. We had a tough game against them in Ferrycarrig Park and Friday's game will be no different, especially considering their own impressive streak.'

Youths go into this game without the injured Dean Broaders who is four weeks away from fitness with an achilles problem. Both Conor English and Craig Wall are carrying slight knocks but other than this Youths have a fully fit squad to choose from.

Kick off in the UCD Bowl is 7.45pm

Elsewhere in the 1st division this weekend Shelbourne travel to Athlone, Roddy Collin's first match in charge of Waterford Utd see Cabinteely visit and league leaders Finn Harps make the long trip down to play Cobh Ramblers.
