Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM), the Irish Sea Fisheries Board was delighted to present four young students, including one from County Wexford who received the highest marks, with their certificates of competency in Commercial Fishing recently in BIM's National Fisheries College, Greencastle, Co. Donegal.
