Lunchtime meeting by PWC in Ferrycarrig

There will be a lunchtime briefing on the Companies Act in the Ferrycarrig Hotel on Wednesday, September 16.

Organised by Wexford Chamber of Commerce the meeting will be hosted by Price Waterhouse Cooper and takes place at 12.30 p.m.

The Companies Act of 2014 which was for the most part commenced on June 1, 2015 represents a significant reform of Irish company law and will have far reaching implications for directors, company secretaries and for their legal and professional advisors.

This lunchtime seminar will provide a practical overview of the Act, including the two new forms of private limited company and will highlight some of the more innovative features of the Act, including key accounting issues.
