ONE OF New Ross's most prominent buildings, the AIB Bank, is up for sale with an asking price of €450,000.

The property, which is leased by the bank, was bought by a private investor from AIB in 2007 and is now for sale by Wexford estate agents REA McCormack Corish along with joint agents, Savills.

The South Street premises is for sale by private treaty.
