MORE than 70 local businesspeople enjoyed a Wexford Chamber business after-hours event at Kelly's Resort Hotel & Spa last week.

Kelly's Resort Hotel & Spa has been a favourite holiday destination among Irish people for years, consistently proving a hit with each new generation.

Bill Kelly is the fourth generation Kelly to run the hotel and with his wife Isabelle, they took over the running of Kelly's Hotel in 1987 with the management team and have overseen a range of developments at the hotel, including the modernisation of all bedrooms, the addition of 30 rooms, the creation of the spa and the development of the Aqua Club Leisure Centre.

With 60,000 visitors last year, Kelly's Resort Hotel & Spa experienced 91% occupancy, growth of 4% and a turnover of €11 million in 2012.

An inspirational presentation given by Bill entitled 'Customer Service for Profit' was well received by the large gathering of visiting businesses.

'By far the most unique and strongest aspect of Kelly's is our friendly and efficient staff who see the guest's ultimate satisfaction as their main ambition,' Bill told his visitors.
