Singer Paula at arts centre

By dAVID TUCKER

SINGER composer Paula Cox is to present a concert in four parts at Wexford Arts Centre on Saturday (January 17).

It will feature contributions from Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Cillian and Lorcan Byrne, composer Cyril Murphy, the Callery sisters (Chroma), and Miss Cox's longtime musical soulmates The Bush, The Tree and Me, journeying from the UK for their first full-band show in four years.

The Arts Centre show will also premiere new solo material and inspired multi-vocal arrangements of some of Paula's favourite songs by other artists.

The show gets under way at 8.30 p.m. Tickets are available from the Arts Centre.
