Viridian Curcumin Complex can help with pain relief
I was in Ibiza recently for a family wedding, and what a great wedding it was. But unfortunately the night before the ceremony, I fell flat on my back, crashing my ribs against a concrete step. I was winded, and could hardly talk or get myself off the ground. I seriously thought that I had broken a rib or two it was so painful.
Thankfully, I hadn't broken anything. Despite the pain it didn't ruin the wedding but it did mean that my antics on the dance floor were compromised and I wasn't able to enjoy the dancing like I normally would.
I didn't have any natural remedies for pain with me. This is something that I will be adding to my list of things to bring on holidays. I was offered all sorts of pain killers from friends but I was reluctant as I had never taken them before. However, Denis, my husband occasionally takes difene for arthritis when he has a bad flare up. I had insisted that he bring some with him, mostly because I didn't want to listen to him moaning if he was in pain! Little did I think that I would have need of them myself.
The pain was in my back at the bottom of the rib cage and ran up the muscles in my back. I was in agony if I coughed, laughed, breathed deeply, or sneezed, and had difficulty sleeping. It was like someone had boxed me over and over again.
I took the difene for a few days and as soon as I got home I started to take Denis's Viridian Curcumin Complex, a combination of turmeric, ginger, and boswellia. Almost immediately I could feel the difference.
I could literally feel the muscles in my back relax and become less tense. I felt more flexible and could pull myself back into position again. The pain changed from being painful to sore-more bearable.
As I write, two weeks, on there is still some discomfort, but I know that I'm on the right track. I'm sharing this for anyone who has this kind of injury because pain is no joke and if Viridian Curcumin Complex helped me maybe it can help you too.
And in the meantime watch your step when you're on your holidays!
