On behalf of Adamstown Community Centre Committee we would like to thank the Adamstown Parish Committee for their most generous donation of €1,000. This money is now being used for a new meeting room, which will be ready at the end of the month and also the renovation of the Montessori School. The contract for the new 'Walk Track' has arrived and work will be starting on this mid-July weather permitting and when this facility is completed, we hope it will be fully utilised by the local community and groups.

We would also like to thank all those who supported the recent Cabaret. We are working hard to improve the Centre for the whole community and we hope that all groups G A A, Soccer, Snooker Club, Montessori School, Card nights, Squash will continue to support and use the facilities.

We would be delighted to hear from anyone who may have ideas or be interested in starting something new in the Community Centre, please contact us.

The cost of the Gold Pin/Fr Cullen Medal plus a Certificate is €40 and the cost of the Silver Pin and Certificate is €38.
