Rosslare Tidy Towns

A big thank you to all that supported our church gate collection which yielded €730.

Litter picking and removal of weeds are now the priorities to keep the Village looking its best.

Also Please Keep the Beach Free of Litter and All Dogs must be on a lead.

Last week-end we had our annual church gate collection, We Thank you for your support and we assure you that all Proceeds go towards making Rosslare a Pleasant and Welcoming Resort.

Our Volunteer Force is really doing some great work, not just for the competition but work that will permanently enhance the Village, we are encouraged with the very positive response from many people and we will certainly continue with our efforts.

Volunteering is the best possible way to show concern and interest in your community as well as being an enjoyable and fulfilling exercise. You do not have to be involved in Meetings, talking shops etc just be prepared to enjoy the experience of doing something pleasant and practical for Rosslare.

Work can be undertaken on any day at an.y time, so think about it and become a True Volunteer for Tidy Towns and for your Village.
