Both men's teams were in action during the recent past and it certainly turned out to be a game of two halves in each game. The A team took to the pitch first and after leading 4-0 at half time with all goals coming from Adam Devereaux the boys eventually progressed to next round of the cup winning 5-3.

Next up were the B squad who took on local neighbours Wexford Celtic. Stand in assistant manager Mark Sinnott sidelined due to injury picked his best 11 so needless to say at half time the boys trailed 3-0. Mark then left and the comeback was on. An OG from a corner kick saw some superb goalkeeping-just not by the goalkeeper so 3-1. Michael O'Brien and Kevin White then struck within seconds to level the game. A well deserved point and might have been all three in the end. Well done to all and thanks to the lads from A team that played with B team.
