GAA club news

Next up for the adult teams is ACL Hurling action on Friday night at home against St James with throw-in at 8 p.m. The match doubles up as a semi-final in the Foxe Cup.

Next Sunday the men will play the final round of the parish league at the centre. The adult squad has been split into four teams - Taghmon, Trinity, Old Boley and Camross and the competition concludes this weekend. Week four saw an excellent Taghmon team win two of their three of their football games and this kept them on top of the table ahead of Camross in second place. Taghmon are likely to take one final place but the other is still up for grabs. Why not come down and support your parish this Sunday. Details regarding the final and some fun activities for the kids on the day will be announced on the clubs social media sites during the week.

Cúl Camps registration is now available online. The camp takes place in Taghmon during the first week of July. The clubs Academy for players aged 4-7 is starting next Monday evening at 6.30 and will be on throughout the summer.

The lotto jackpot wasn't won last week so the jackpot increases to €13,100. The next draw takes place tonight at the community centre. Please encourage any family or friends living away from the area to support the draw through the new online Taghmon-Camross page on the KlubFunder website. Tickets are also available locally through all the usual channels.

Finally, club gear can now be bought online and there is a wide variety of kit available. Why not have a look at Taghmon-Camross Page on oneills.com and pick out something new to wear to the game or training.
