Well done to the u-6 and u-9 boys who both played Kilmore in the recent past with two excellent games on view. The final score in the u-6 game was 5-5 with Alan Boggan scoring 5. The u-9s lost 3-0 to a strong Kilmore team with the game being a lot closer than the scoreline suggests. Well done to all the young boys from both clubs.

Our u-10 girls travelled to near neighbours Forth Celtic for their seasonal debut but despite a battling display this very young team went down 3-0. Next up were our u-14 girls kicking off the leaque with a home fixture against New Ross Celtic. Sarah Brennan gave the girls a 1-0 half time lead but after losing 3 girls to injury, they went down in the end losing 31. Keep up the good work girls and a speedy recovery to all the girls that recieved injuries.

The junior ladies team welcomed Rosslare Rangers to Casey Park on Sunday where the visitors raced into a 2-0 lead with great fighting spirit, the ladies brought it back to 2-2 at half time with goals from Tina Culleton and Nicola Stenning. Unfortunately it was Rangers that got the winner in the second half, winning out 3-2 in the end.

Get Well Soon: A freak injury has done damage again to our u-14 boys team with popular centre half Dillon Cooke breaking his arm during the week. Get well soon Cookie from all your team mates. THANK YOU
