CLOTHES COLLECTION

The next clothes collection in Ballymurn School will take place on Tuesday 1st February. Please drop bags at school by 9.30am.

SLIMFIT SOCIAL CLUB

Slimfit social club take place in Ballymurn Montessori School every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7pm, 7-8pm and 8-9pm. This club is for all ages. €6 per session. And for all you mum's there is a onsite babysitting service available for only €3, you have not thing to lose but inches. For more information call Gina on 0871234788.

BALLYMURN N.S.

Ballymurn N.S. are collecting tokens that are on page 1 of the Irish Daily Star from Thursday 20th January to the 3rd of February. We need to collect 250 tokens to receive the Sports Kit. If you have any tokens, you can drop them into the school office. Thank you.

LADIES FOOTBALL

he Crossabeg/Ballymurn Ladies Football club are holding a Dinner Dance on Saturday 29th January in The Ferrycarrig Hotel tickets €25 available from committee members a fantastic night was had last year we hope for an even better night this year.

We are currently looking for a manager for U8s girls football if you are interested please contact any member of the football committee.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Volunteers are needed for work on club house extension, we are now at the painting & fit out stage. If you have any free time to help out your support would be appreciated. Contact Bobby on 087 9955665.

Ballymurn Youth Club Fundraising Calendars are still available - please contact any committee member if you would like a copy, cost €10.

IRISH DANCING CLASSES

Irish dancing classes will continue every Wednesday at 2.30pm in Ballymurn Hall. All are welcome. Keep Fit Classes Debbie's circuit and toning class has recommenced for the new year on a Wednesday night at 8pm in Ballymurn hall.

Those interested in starting a morning class need to contact Debbie directly on 086 8122535.

MUSIC IN THE ANVIL

There will be a traditional music night in the Anvil Pub in Ballymurn village this Friday 28th January. Musicians and everyone are welcome .

GAA NOTES

There was no winner of last week's Lotto jackpot while there were three match three winners; A Nolan, Michael O'Grady and Maggie Ryan. The numbers drawn were 3, 8, 16, and 17. This week's jackpot is €13,200.

The Penny Bank has now commenced for 2011 at the usual collection points. Help needed with collections in Ballymurn anyone interested please contact James Grannell.

The U17 footballers played Gorey in the Jim Byrne cup quarter final on Sunday.

Club development fundraising tickets are now on sale, win €2,000 for as little as 1 cent. Ticket sellers are asked to assemble in Ballymurn and Crossabeg on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.45pm, more help needed, please give your support. The draw will take place on 27th February.
