Thunderstruck would like to thank everyone who supported them in they concert last week, especially, PJ White, Hush Crew, Stephen Murphy and the newly formed Wexford band Wicker Street. Thunderstruck have been vert busy recording their new single in the Red Lake Recording Sudio in Co.Laois and will be releasing it in the next few days.


Ballymurn Hall Committee would like to thank everyone that helped to make their Family Vintage Fun Day a success, especially Over The Water Vintage Club who donated the proceeds of their run to the hall restoration Fund.


The Caslebridge Midlife Crisis Motorcycle Club are holding their 2nd annual bike run on Sunday May 1st, setting off at 3pm from the school,where a field day will also take place. Around 80 bikes took part last year and over ¢æ5000 was raised for St Ibars National School Castlebridge. This year, Castlebridge School, Castlebridge Tidy Town Committee and The Senior Citizens Group are to be the beneficiaries. There will be music on an outdoor stage in The Porter House at 4pm,with a disco in the lounge for the kids.
