BREE/ GALBALLY

BREE CHURCH Mass in Bree is on Christmas Eve at 10pm and on Christmas Day at 10am and 11.30am. There will be no Vigil Mass on Christmas night but masses on Sunday morrning at 10am and 11.30am



CAROL SERVICE

The Carrigbyrne Pike Group Carol Service, 'A Time for Reflection' was postponed to Sunday 2nd Januaryat 7pm in the Church of the Assumption, Bree. Tickets are €5 and all proceeds to Hospice Home Care.

BREE YOUTH CLUB

Bree Youth Club Calendars are available to purchase from the Parish Office, The Post Office in Byrnes Spar and Martin's Londis Tomnalosset.

Thanks to everyone who has supported this fundraiser especially the sponsors: Kieran Courtney Kitchens Ltd, Maurice Condon - Auto Mechanic, Ballyhogue Bouncers, Arthur Murphy Building Services, Liam J Walsh - Veterinary, Wilton Gardens, Keeley's Shop, G.Byrne & Sons Ltd, Fleetline Coaches, Power Plant Hire, Bizzy Fingers Hair Salon and Martin's Londis. The Junior and Senior Discos were cancelled will be re-scheduled at a later date.

The next big event is the Senior Variety Show which will take place on Friday 14th January in Bree Community Centre. Club nights will resume in the new year on Friday 7th January at the usual times.

BREE AC

Many thanks to everyone who supported the Christmas Craft Fair which was a great success despite the bad weather conditions.

The winners of the raffle were – Eddie Dunne (Riverside Hotel Dinner voucher), Margaret Devereux (Sam McCauley Hamper), Sinead Kinsella (Treacys Hotel Lunch voucher), Colm Walsh (Pettits Kitchen Scales), Richie Butler (Tin of Roses), Kevin Shannon (Coppens Pharmacy gift set and bag). A big thank you to all the sponsors.

BREE AC AGM

Bree AC AGM was held on Tuesday 14th December followed by a get together in Byrnes Lounge to celebrate the Club's 40th Anniversary. Elected Officers for the coming year were: Pat O'Leary (Chairman), Clare Doyle (Secretary), Una Doyle (Treasurer), Mary Murphy (PRO).
