The Ferns Diocesan Lourdes Assisted Pilgrim Fundraiser table quiz in the GAA Club, Bellefield, Enniscorthy on Friday 28th January 2011 at 8.00 p.m. Table of four €40. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Training continues every Monday and Wednesday evening at the track with high jump training in Galbally Hall every Friday and indoor training in Bree Hall every Saturday. Best wishes to the four relay teams competing in the Leinster Indoor Relay Championships and to the athletes competing in the Junior Championships which take place in Nenagh this Sunday.

COMMUNITY GAMES

Bree/ Davidstown had three teams competing in the County Daughts finals in Galbally last Saturday.

The U10 team was Michael Humphrey, Gilly Phelan, Rebecca Twomey, Ciara Parnell and Anna Browne. Katie Humphrey, Colm Parnell, Sarah Phelan, John Kehoe and Kate Fenlon took part in U12 while the U14 team was Enda Minogue, Adam Buckley, Peter Doyle, Aideen Byrne and Nicole Furlong. All competed well without medal success. Team managers were Adrian Twomey, Tim and Fiona Phelan and Jim Doyle.
