On Thursday 16th December 2010, Parents and extended family of children attending FAB Huggie Bears had a very entertaining morning in Clonard Community Centre. The Toddler Room and Preschool Children put on a very impressive Christmas show for all those proud parents and extended families. With the help from staff, the Toddler children chanted some lovely Christmas songs, which got everyone into the Christmas Spirit.

Then the Preschool children put on an amazing show of the Nativity Play. Santa paid them a visit and afterwards they relaxed and enjoyed some party food. A very big thank you, to, children, parents, and staff for making this day such a success. In early January, FAB held their very first Camp for the Pre-school children. This camp ran from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm each day from the 4th to the 7th January.

Some of the activities the children enjoyed were Winter Grotto, Story Telling, Pottery/Clay moulding. Wellie Raincoat Day, Water Play, January Cinema, Winter Cookery, Fancy Dress Disco, and Winter Games. The feedback from parents was very positive. All of the children who took part enjoyed the week immensely. Because of the huge success of this camp preparations are already underway for an Easter Camp.
