FAB are pleased to announce that they are running two weeks of Summer Camp in July. The dates set for those camps are 18th to 22nd July and 25th to 28th July excluding the Wednesday of the first week. The age groups that will be catered for will be 4 to 12 year olds.

The two weeks will be packed with loads of fun and games for the children to enjoy at a reasonable price, which is €35 for one child, €60 for two children or €80 for three children per week. If you are interested in sending your child, you need to register immediately by dropping in to FAB and picking up a registration form.


Our SVP Summer Church Door Collection takes place over the weekend of Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July. Our work for those marginalised within Our Community, for whatever the cause, continues, with numbers seeking assistance increasing weekly. Your continued support in helping with our work would be very much appreciated. Thank You. Every little helps.


A Vigil for the Priesthood and Praying for the Eucharistic Congress will take place in Clonard Church on Friday, 1st July from 8.00 p.m. to 12.00 midnight. All are welcome.

Over 55? Living in the greater Clonard area? You are invited to Coolcotts Community Centre from 11.00 am. - 12.30 p.m., for a fun coffee morning on Tuesday, 5th July. Bring your friends.


An outing has been arranged to Kilkenny on Wednesday, 13th July. Bus will leave Talbot at 9.00 a.m. and Clonard at 9.15 a.m. There will be a stop for coffee at Mosses Pottery. A tour of Kilkenny Castle about 12 midday followed by lunch at Langton's. Money and names will be taken at our next meeting on 29th June. Cost €35.00. No meeting in August. All activities will re-commence in September.


A Bring And Buy Sale, fundraising for Family Day at FAB Community Development Project is on this on Friday, 1st July from 3.00 - 5.00 p.m. Items for sale: jewellery, handbags, perfume, bric-a-brac, toys and cakes.
