A coffee morning, organised by the Cousins family of Kilmore, raised over €4,600 for Wexford Hospice Homecare and the family got together recently to present a cheque to Moira Cowman.

The family held the coffee morning in Kilmore Parish Hall early last month, in memory of the late Tommy Cousins, who passed away in December of last year.

The family expressed their thanks to all who had supported the fundraiser, made donations, and sponsored items for the raffle.

Wexford Hospice Homecare was set up in 1991 by a voluntary committee. The service is funded through voluntary donations from organisations and individuals throughout the county.

It is also supported by an annual subvention from the HSE. All money raised in County Wexford stays in County Wexford.
