Father and son collect club lotto cheque
There was delight for the Reynolds family, from Castlebridge, when their numbers came out of the Shelmaliers Club lotto, winning them a cool €6,000.
The two Seans - father and son - were delighted to collect a cheque from club chairman Myles Doyle and club secretary Deirdre Tobin at the club grounds in Hollymount. Young Sean is a member of the U11 team in the club and the tickets were bought by his mother Geraldine during the Cúl Camps in August. She selected random numbers on each of the tickets and discovered after the draw that their luck was in!
At present, plans are being made as to how to spend the windfall.
Club chairman Myles Doyle thanked the Reynolds family for supporting the club lotto, remarking that he was delighted to present the prize to them.
