GLENBRIEN

LADIES GAELIC FOOTBALL

Gaelic football training for U 10s U12s U14s and for mothers will take place in Glenbrien School on Tuesday evening from 7 to 8pm, everyone welcome Cost €2 a session.

THE STORY TELLING GROUP

The next story telling session will take place in the Holy Family School on Wednesday 27th June at 8.30pm. Please come along and join us for a lovely night of Music Song and Story telling Everyone welcome. Admission Free and tea and refreshments will be served on the night.

The Glenbrien Parents Assocciation would like say a very big Thank You toPaul and Simon from Featherbed Farm Ice cream who came to the school and gave the children ice cream on the Fun packed day to celebrate their great work and effort to gain their first green flag for the school well done to you all. Thanks to Featherbed foods you really made the day.

GRADUATION

The very best of luck to all sixth class in Glenbrien: Ruth Lambert, Kiera Nolan, Gary Conroy, Danny Ryan, Nikkita Skerrit, Emily Downey,Cloe Doyle and Darragh Jennings. The parents and the staff would like to wish them the very best as they leave us to go to their new schools.

TRADFEST

The Oylegate Tradfest will take place this weekend 29th June to 2nd July, Beginners classes from 10 to 11am advanced classes from 11am to 1 pm Adm. €5 with free admission to the tutors concert, for bookings and further information please contact 087 2546278.

FAMILY FUNDAY

Glenbrien Parents Association would like thank all those who helped supported and donated cakes and prizes for the Funday in Glenbrien on Sunday, it was very much appreciated, and we look forward to having a bigger and better one next year, we could not have done it without the help and support on the day.
